Mary Alice Ryan has led St. Andrew's Resources for Seniors System as president and CEO since 1990, having joined the organization as vice president of operations in 1983. During the past 38 years, Mary Alice has grown St. Andrew's from two communities serving 300 seniors to an $87 million nonprofit with 16 communities, at-home services, and a charitable foundation that annually impacts 8,700 seniors.

At the end of the year, Mary Alice will retire, and the entire St. Andrew's family will miss her tremendously. She is loved by our residents, admired by staff, and respected by our board members and stakeholders. She has dedicated her entire professional career to caring for and promoting the well-being of seniors...an honorable career by an exceptional individual.
